1. How can I pay my medical bill?
You can pay your medical bill by phone with a major credit card by calling your PCP office, or by visiting any OMNI Medical Group Clinic and paying in person. You may also visit our Business Office located at 1515 North Harvard; hours are from 9am-4pm.

2. Can I receive information concerning my child's medical bill if they are 18 years or older?
Yes. If you are listed on your child's patient agreement form, you may obtain information on your child's medical bill. Click here for a patient agreement form
